You own your data. We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data. We only access it to provide the Service.
All Customer Data you create, upload, or import into the Service remains your property. We claim no intellectual property rights over Your Data.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.
You can export all your personal and business data at any time through Settings > Privacy > Export My Data. The export includes your profile, audit log, sessions, customers, messages, and follow-ups in JSON format.
Your data is isolated from other companies on the platform using multi-tenant architecture. All database queries are scoped by your company identifier, ensuring strict separation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We perform routine database backups as part of our hosting infrastructure. However, we recommend you periodically export your data as an additional safeguard.

To connect third-party services (ERP systems, email, WhatsApp, AI providers), you provide your own API keys, OAuth authorization, or access tokens. These credentials are encrypted at rest in our database and only used to access the specific services you configure.
When you connect an Integration, you are also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of that third-party provider. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services. Currently supported integrations include:
When you enable ERP synchronization, customer, product, and inventory data is periodically synced from your ERP system into Pulse. You can configure sync settings and disconnect at any time. Automated syncs run on a scheduled basis (daily) and can be triggered manually.
Third-party integrations depend on the availability and API compatibility of external services. We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, or discontinuation of third-party services.
Pulse includes optional AI features powered by large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude). These features include:
AI features require you to provide your own Anthropic API key. Your key is encrypted and stored securely. AI usage costs from the third-party provider are your responsibility.
Important: AI-generated content (insights, suggestions, draft messages) is provided as a tool to assist your sales process. It may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI output before acting on it or sending it to customers.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law (e.g., within 72 hours under GDPR).
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via platform announcements whenever possible.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@aisalespulse.com. Before deleting your account, we recommend exporting your data using the built-in export feature.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, all active sessions will be invalidated, and your data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days unless you request an export or legal retention requirements apply.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI SALES PULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We specifically disclaim liability for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content, insights, or recommendations provided through the Service. AI output is assistive and does not constitute professional advice.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Sales Pulse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
